The four-member team, led by Mr. Joseph Mensah, included Mrs. Anthonia Ayamba, Ms. Akua Gyekeywaa, and Mr. Arthur-Sam Edward.
The monitoring exercise commenced with an entrance conference, where the team met with the District Coordinating Director and various departmental and unit heads. During this session, the team outlined the key indicators to be assessed and identified the respective departments responsible for providing the necessary information.
Following the entrance conference, the team began their inspection by thoroughly reviewing files and documents provided by the Assembly. This inspection, which lasted approximately three hours, was aimed at ensuring that the Assembly’s operations and documentation met the required standards.
After completing their review, the team held an exit conference to discuss their findings. The team commended the staff for their cooperation throughout the exercise and praised the Assembly for excelling in several key areas. However, they also pointed out some flaws in the documents and activities, offering recommendations for improvement.
In response, the District Coordinating Director expressed gratitude to the BRCC team for their meticulous work and valuable feedback. He assured them that the Assembly would take the necessary steps to address the identified issues and continue to improve its operations.
