CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION
The Central Administration Department is the secretariat of the Jaman North District Assembly and is responsible for the provision of support services, effective and efficient general administration and organization of the District Assembly. The Central Administration Department is headed by the District Co-ordinating Director.
The Department is responsible for managing all sections of the assembly including; Records, Estate, Transport, Procurement, Accounts, Stores, Security, and Management Information Systems
The Department also coordinates the;
- General administrative functions
- Development planning and management functions
- Budgeting functions
- Rating functions
- Statistics and information services
FINANCE

MR. ROGER WEMUO
District Finance Officer
- Responsible for the management of financial administration.
- Advises management on Financial Administration Act, Internal Audit Agency Act, Procurement Act, and any other financial regulations approved by the Government through the use of the GIFMIS.
- Interprets and provides technical guidance on financial management for decision and ensures the judicious use of funds.
INTERNAL AUDIT

JOHNSON SAKYI
Head-Internal Audit Unit
Provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations.
- Helps the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

- Preparation of budget.
- Provision of technical guidance to Management on budgetary matters.
- Establishing database for financial planning and resource mobilization; (property rates, Business Operating Permits, etc).
- Assist in fee-fixing resolutions.
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

MR. ACHINA AUGUSTINE
Management Information
System Officer
- Provides leadership in the development and the application of IT/IM standards and quality assurance system in relation to the implementation, development and the deployment of IT/IM systems and resources.
- It also advises on the provision and maintenance of computers and other office accessories.
