BRCC IN PARTNERSHIP WITH JNDA HOLDS A DAY TRAINING ON THE NEWLY CREATED CLIENT SERVICE OPERATIONAL MANUAL.
The Bono Regional Coordinating Council as part of its core mandate of having a supervisory role over the Assemblies under the Administrative jurisdiction has organized a day training for staff of the Jaman North District Assembly at Sampa, the district capital. The program which targeted all staff of the Assembly brought together representatives from various Units and Departments of the Assembly. The training program sought to build the capacity of the participants on the newly introduced Clients Service Unit and its Operational manual by the Local Government Service.
In all fifty participants across all functional units and Departments of the Assembly were equipped with knowledge and skills in dealing with clients of the Assembly professionally in tandem with the newly introduced protocols on Client Service.
One after the other, Facilitators from BRCC took their turn to explain various aspects and dimensions of the Operational Manual to the participants as well as some career opportunities therein to explore by the staff of The Local Government Service in the newly established service protocol.
Mr. Nkansah, the Human Resources Manager of the Assembly who moderated the program introduced the team to the participants and urged all to attach seriousness to the knowledge to be acquired from the program.
Speaking at the event Mrs. Akua Gyekyewaa Antwi, the Bono Regional Human Resource Manager and one of the Trainers of the day highlighted various client Service techniques and grading systems involved in the newly created unit urging participants who wished to convert to that class to do so without hesitation. She charged participants to exhibit professionalism in their engagements with the general public.
