George Adane, the Member of Parliament, the Regional Chief Director, the Regional Development Planning Officer, and other staff from the Bono Regional Coordinating Council, undertook a physical verification of ongoing and completed projects across the District.
The team visited several infrastructural projects, including school buildings, roads, and health facilities. Among the key sites inspected were:
- Ongoing classroom blocks at various basic schools under the GETFUND and government intervention programmes.
- CHPS compounds aimed at bringing primary healthcare closer to rural communities.
- The Duadaso Road, a critical feeder road that has long been in a state of disrepair.
The tour was designed to ensure that every cedi allocated aligns with visible, tangible outcomes for the people. The Regional Minister expressed satisfaction with the quality of work on the classroom blocks and CHPS compounds, while issuing directives for accelerated work on the Duadaso Road.
